well. it seems that only chingkiat and limin was the first to describe to everyone about their experience in the Standard Chartered volunteer yesterday. today, it shall be my turn.
i guess during the whole volunteer thing, i had squeezed about 300 bottles of 1.5 litres of mineral water from ice mountain. crowds came dashing in, lashing cups and cups of 100 plus on the table at around 8 am. the whole scene was really hectic. tubs and tubs containing mixture of 100 plus are quickly emptied. and we had to quickly refill it.
the crowds finally diminished after 10am. and we were able to clear up at around 11am where we started to sweep the floor, pick up stretches of litter on the floor, but we only cleared litters at 200 metres radius around our station.
i have to admit it. it was really, dreadfully tiring. after the whole event, ws, zs, ts and me went back by mrt from city hall. guess what? i slept standing. i was so tired that i really slept standing. i could feel my head knocking to the side of the control panel in the train.
after i woke up, i changed into a sitting position on the handbar where i went back to sleep again. even going from a station to another station is 2 mins, it felt like it lasted for a whole hour.
anyway, i got back home, bathe and sat down on the chair. apparently, my brother was going to watch a seasonal dvd 'trick 2'. there i sat lying there. just when one minute barely passed by, i totally blacked out till it was 7pm.
my brother shook me up to eat dinner. and finally we went to shintokyo sushi to eat dinner. the sushi were rather fulling. yet, it teared open a big whole down at my pocket because it costed 90 bucks for 4 people.
anyway, here i am writing this blog. however, i guess that i will not be writing much until jan? maybe i would be using the computer less frequently because i have set an aim.
